Update: Appellant - J & B Modern Tech and Purchasing Agency - UOG filed their Stipulation and Order to Dismiss Appeal on August 11, 2011. At the Aug. 15, 2011, 9:00 AM Pre-Hearing Conference, the Hearing Officer made minor changes and asked the parties to resubmit.
